Alarms

Alarms are the alerts you configure to monitor a single tag, a provider or a combination of tags and attributes, These alarms follow a custom Anomaly detection model.  Alerts can be set to go out in a configurable time range of the day to an email.

  • Add Alarm – select add alarm to open a new alarm creation page.
    • Alarm details
      • Name – Enter a meaningful name that identifies the alarm accurately.
      • Description – optionally you can enter a brief description of the alarm.
      • Environment –  you can set up the alarm either in production or staging environments.
    • Settings 
      • Threshold Sensitivity – you have the option to configure alarm thresholds to your liking as in low, medium or high. Anomaly detection model adjusts the sensitivity to this setting.
      • Preferred Timing – Optionally you can configure the Start and end time between which you like to receive alarms. These timings are in the Central standard Time zone.
    • Filter Conditions – Optionally, you can add filters to monitor a single tag, a provider or a combination of tags and attributes.
    • Destinations – Here you can configure the recipients.
      • User groups – you can select a user group that can receive alarms.
      • Email IDs – you can enter an email address to which this alarm should alert.
